Safety at AIM Fabrication is a serious topic, many companies claim to have a health and safety program conducting weekly meetings that don't even come close to meeting OSHA standards. As the owner of AIM Fabrication I am an authorized instructor for the OSHA 10 hour, OSHA 30 hour, and disaster response training courses, so my employees know what I expect (Zero Tolerance) . I have conducted safety meeting for some of the facilities were we perform fabrication and plant maintenance, as well as for other contractors in this area. All of our employees are trained in the 30 hour course, and no matter what the size of the job, from one man to twenty men, we have mandatory toolbox talks in the morning along with weekly safety meetings. 

 What some contractors fail to realize is that the OSHA standards are required as a minimum. We have worked on many jobsites that go above and beyond the standards that AIM is accustomed to.
